We are Brütalo – two friends from Zurich, Tonie and Sonia, who found each other through one of life‘s greatest passions: food.


For us, food is more than just feeding ourselves. It’s a chance to bring people together at one table, to reinterpret old traditions, and to transform our ideas into something memorable.


Our roots are different, but our shared experiences shape the way we cook. Warm, down-to-earth, and with flavors that dare to be bold.
